You may be asked to upload a photo, select customizable details or enter names. Simply follow the directions. When you are happy with your customization, click “Add to Cart” and checkout.
What is your policy for returning personalized gifts?
We never want our customers to be unhappy. At Compass Gift Shop we try are very best to get your order right. But mistake do happen. If your item has a manufacturing error, please send us a photo and we will replace your item free of charge. Please help our small family business, by double checking your personalized products to make sure it's perfect. There are a few select items that are not returnable due to very specialized production process makes them hard to replace. Such items will have a return warning on the product page.
How long will it take for orders to arrive?
Many of our products take 1 to 3 days to produce and 2 to 5 days to ship to domestic addresses in the United States of America. Therefore many products take 3 to 8 days to arrive. A few of our products are more detailed and complicated and can take 5 to 7 days to produce and 2 to 5 days to ship to America. Therefore a few products take 8 to 12 days to arrive. Items that are shipped internationally can take 7 to 21 days to arrive. Please see the Estimate Delivery Date on the product page.
Is free shipping available on all products over $75?
Yes, if you spend $75 or more on your order, you will receive free shipping in the United States and worldwide.
How can I track my order?
Immediately after your order you will receive an order confirmation email. A few days later you will receive a shipping notification when your order is ready for shipment.
